The international private equity fund has acquired a strategic stake in Pasfin SpA, the holding company of Lucart Group
We are pleased to announce the entry of Azzurra Capital into the holding company that 100% controls Lucart SpA.
The agreement, signed between the private equity fund and members of the Pasquini family, who will remain actively involved in the operational management of the company, facilitates Azzurra Capital’s entry into the Lucart Group holding company to achieve the ambitious growth and profitability targets set out in the strategic plan for the coming years, while adhering to Group’s historic principles of social and environmental sustainability.
