Lucart acquires the Hungarian company Bokk Paper KFT

In May 2016, through the holding company Lucart S.p.A., we acquired 100% of the capital stock of Bokk Paper kft, the leading independent Hungarian company in the Away from Home tissue products market. The company then took the name Lucart kft.

Lucart kft is a Hungarian company based in Esztergom, about 50 kilometres north of Budapest. The company operates in the sector of paper products for hygienic applications for the Professional market. The company has 55 employees and a turnover of 7.5 million euros. More than a third of the turnover comes from exports with Eastern European countries. Around 80% of sales come from Bokk Paper branded products.
